Jobsite Rules

Building with Safety, Respect, and Precision

At Swartz Builders, every project is more than just a job—it’s a commitment to excellence. Our jobsite rules are designed to ensure that each team member and trade partner contributes to a safe, respectful, and efficient work environment.

Homeowners and their children are often present on our jobsites. Therefore our tradesmen must maintain a high standard of behavior in every area. By following these guidelines, we uphold the high standards that define The Swartz Advantage and foster a culture of professionalism from the ground up.

Dress like a professional.Clothing with immoral words or images is inappropriate on the jobsite.
No shoes are to be worn on any unprotected floor covering.Carpet, Hardwood or Tile
We do not permit radios.Everyone has different taste in music. To keep a peaceful atmosphere on our job sites, we do not permit radios. If you would like to listen to music while you work, please bring a wearable player with earphones.
Always use the portable toilet provided.Do not use the homeowner's bathrooms.
Use of profanity is not allowed.It is never professional and is unacceptable where a client or children might overhear.
Clients homes are considered smoke free.Our clients have repeatedly asked for their homes to be smoke-free. If you are a smoker, please take smoke breaks outside and discard cigarette butts into the container provided.
